About Me
Meet Manny Hernandez
My name is Manuel Antonio Hernandez, but my friends and family call me Manny. I am a born-and-raised Floridian who grew up in Hialeah and later moved to Broward County.
For most of my career, I worked in home improvement management, helping homeowners and contractors navigate projects and achieve their goals. However, everything changed when I became a father. I wanted more out of life—not only for myself, but for my family. I spent a lot of time praying and searching for a path that would allow me to make a meaningful difference in the life of my daughter and partner.
That journey led me to become a Notary Public, and I quickly fell in love with the profession. I started by helping members of the community with Limited Powers of Attorney, legal name change documents, and permit-related notarizations. Being able to assist people during important moments in their lives gave me a sense of purpose and fulfillment.
That's when I knew I was heading in the right direction.
What Makes Me Different
What makes me different is that I understand life doesn't always happen between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Emergencies can arise when you least expect them, and sometimes you need a will, Limited Power of Attorney, or other important document notarized as soon as possible.
I also understand the challenges that professionals face. As a real estate agent, you may go weeks without a closing, only to have a client suddenly ready to move forward and needing documents notarized right away. When those opportunities arise, time matters.
That's why I don't hang up my cape (yes, I said cape!) or close my doors at 5:00 PM. I offer notary services until 9:00 PM because I believe my clients deserve flexibility and convenience when they need it most.
As a mobile notary, I travel directly to my clients, whether they are at home, in a hospital, at a courthouse, or another convenient location. My goal is to make the notarization process as easy, efficient, and stress-free as possible while providing the professional service every client deserves.
Trust & Professionalism
Trust is one of the most important parts of being a Notary Public. People are often signing important documents that can affect their families, finances, businesses, and future. They deserve to know they are working with someone who is knowledgeable, professional, and properly commissioned.
One experience that stands out to me involved a client who needed a Child Travel Consent form notarized. Before contacting me, she had visited another Notary Public who was unsure where the names, signatures, and notarial certificate should be completed. Naturally, this left her concerned and frustrated.
She found me through Facebook and reached out by message and phone. During our conversation, I could tell something was bothering her, so I asked her to show me the documents she needed notarized. The moment I reviewed them, I immediately recognized the form and understood exactly what was required.
Relieved, she explained her previous experience and then asked me a question that I will never forget:
"Manny, how do I know you're a real Notary Public?"
I appreciated her honesty because it showed she was taking the process seriously. Rather than simply asking her to trust me, I encouraged her to verify my commission on her own. I asked her to pull out her phone, visit the Florida Notary Search through the State of Florida's records, and search for my full name.
Within seconds, she found my active notary commission. At that moment, I could see the stress leave her face. She knew she was working with a legitimate professional who understood the documents she needed and could guide her through the process correctly.
That experience reinforced something I have always believed: trust is earned through knowledge, transparency, and professionalism. I encourage my clients to ask questions, verify credentials, and feel confident that they are receiving the highest level of service possible.
