Welcome to MH Consulting Group. These Terms of Service govern your use of our AI automation consulting services and the relationship between you and us.
1. Service Overview
We provide AI automation consulting services designed to optimize your business operations and recover revenue through intelligent agents.
2. Billing and Payment
Billing is based on the specific growth plan selected. All payments are due monthly. We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on market benchmarks.
3. Term and Termination
This agreement is effective for a month-to-month term. Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will be charged for any services rendered prior to the termination date.
4. Intellectual Property
All AI agents and custom automation scripts developed for you are the exclusive property of MH Consulting Group. You will receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these tools within your business.
5. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall MH Consulting Group be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
6. Florida Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Coral Springs, Florida.
